Special Services Ambassador

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will constantly demonstrate product knowledge to build customer relationships and generate new business opportunities within the sales department. The employee will be regularly engaged in sales promotions, outside of the company’s office locations.

Responsibilities

· Assist in promoting the Lowe’s Partnership initiative.

· Run sales leads as assigned.

· Maintain performance requirements according to company KPIs.

· Responsible for following up on any outdated Lowe’s leads to ensure proper action steps are input into MIC.

· Collect and analyze data reflecting various KPIs and provide fact-based reporting to management.

· Responsible for leading tabling and celebration events in our partner’s retail locations.

· Actively promote the Company’s services while attending industry trade shows.

· Display active participation and encourage positive collaboration at team meetings.

· Assist in training new Lowe’s Partnership personnel.

· Display a professional appearance.

· Ability to have a flexible schedule to support company needs.

.Support other departments as needed.

Experience

· Ability to work on company software applications (CRM’s).

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· A professional committed to being part of a team.

· Knowledge of the products and services we provide.

· Previous door-to-door and/or event experience is a plus, but not required.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Professional appearance.

· Ability to have a flexible schedule to support company needs.

. Have and maintain a valid driver’s license (for operation of a company vehicle) and maintain insurability under the Company’s Commercial Auto policy.

Physical demands:

· Can tolerate working in a seated position

· Physical ability to work on your feet.

· Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, and talk or hear

· Required to use hands and fingers, to handle, feel, or operate objects and reach with hands and arms

· Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

· Ability to reach above shoulder height or below the waist for filing documents

· May occasionally lift to 50 pounds

. Able to walk for long distances daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
