What You’ll Do:


Territory Growth and Sales Development:

  • Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions to drive growth.
  • Focus on revenue generation and expansion of market share in key industrial sectors.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact within the region, providing solutions and consulting on customer needs.


Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to align on sales strategy, and leverage technical and sales support resources as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales agents and representatives within the territory to maximize territory coverage and business opportunities.


Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track and report sales activities, progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools and regular reporting structures.
  • Develop KPIs focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the region.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional or territory sales within the industrial equipment marketplace.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing territory growth strategies, preferably within the Southeastern US.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment sales processes and engineering design for specialty equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a large geographic region effectively.
