OVERVIEW:
Join our team as a part-time Retail Associate / Cashier where you will be the face of our showroom, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining the store organization, testing water, stocking shelves, and much more. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide product recommendations tailored to their needs.
Water Testing: Perform water testing for customers and provide recommendations based on results.
Stocking Shelves: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly displayed.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and stock areas clean and organized.
Merchandising: Organize and display merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store.
Transactions: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Valid drivers license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and maneuver bulky items safely
Preferred:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Demonstrated experience and understanding in the following areas:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling tools.

TIMEKEEPING/TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:
This position requires you to clock in and clock-out at our Madison Showroom, where you will clock in & clock out.
