We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Baldwin, Georgia location.
The Warehouse Supervisor performs administrative duties in preparing and maintaining records as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. This supervisor will work Monday through Friday and most Saturdays.
Experience in a hatchery or egg warehouse environment is preferred.
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
The Warehouse Supervisor directly supervises 12 employees in the Baldwin Egg Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The Warehouse Supervisor works directly with egg truck drivers to ensure timely egg pickup from the farms. Coordinates supplies to the farms and makes sure of timely deliveries.

- Performs administrative duties in preparing reports and records to timely and accurate egg pick-ups and inventories.
- Manages training and safety development of employees to continue their improved skills and knowledge of their jobs.
- Keeps Breeder manager informed with timely and sufficient information. Reports inventories and needed information to Egg Warehouse manager as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
