Position Summary : This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct, and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.
Records all applicable information as directedResponsible for identifying and isolating questionable productResponsible for assuring daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their areaResponsible for monitoring and documenting HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their areaResponsible for verifying all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verificationsResponsible for assuring each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floorResponsible for obtaining finished product samples for the laboratoryResponsible for assuring products processed meet all in plant food safety requirementsThis is a safety sensitive position
