Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain existing relationships with project owners, subcontractors, consultants and vendors
• Attend and lead project meetings with the various participants on the project
• Plan and oversee projects from start to completion including site visits, management of schedule, adherence to budget, purchasing materials, and creating work orders
• Prepare and track change orders
• Provide timely updates regarding the status of projects, including discussing the budget to actual costs on a weekly basis
• Assist in the job costing process - ensuring that project costs are accurately reported
• Be available and receptive to special projects as assigned
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the construction industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Be highly adaptive - our industry dictates being able to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
