Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Case Manager Paralegal to join its Elite Litigation Group. This team of senior lawyers, case manager paralegals, litigation paralegals and investigators work exclusively on wrongful death and catastrophic injury events providing a concierge level of service, catering to all of the needs of families confronting these events.
We are looking for a highly qualified team member with a core interest in working very closely with families in this setting to serve all of their needs. Empathy, courage, and a strong desire to help others are important characteristics. A plus, but not a requirement, is some exposure to working within the criminal justice system. Although we represent families in their civil cases, given the magnitude of the cases handled by our group, we are in frequent communication with law enforcement, victim advocates, and members of the criminal prosecutors’ office.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Serving every client need from intake through litigation
- Extreme attention to detail
- Top pre-suit case manager skills
- Familiar with litigation process
- Excellent writing skills

Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of case manager experience in a law firm setting

- Compensation is commensurate with the candidate’s experience
