What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Back 9 Hospitality?
Back 9 Hospitality is in search of a Head Cook or Sous Chef to oversee one of our venues located in West Hollywood. Position is full-time PM hours. Oversee a small crew of three cooks. Ideal candidate must be able to schedule, order, oversee service, expedite, communicate with FOH, basically be able to oversee all operations at location. Cooking ability obviously a must.
Salary : $20 - $26
