A server at Back Alley is responsible for taking orders, deliver food and drinks, and cleaning tables. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. A server is like being a “Spokesperson” for the business. You naturally become THE FACE of Back Alley! Server job duties and responsibilities typically include:
- Taking orders from customers
- Preparing food and drinks
- Delivering food and drinks to customers
- Cleaning tables
- Upselling menu items
- Using POS system
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service
