About Us: We’re an Austin, Texas style restaurant and have been serving up the finest southern-style hospitality and award-winning BBQ since 1978. We believe nothing makes our guests feel more welcome than delicious smoked barbecue served by friendly staff in a comfortable environment.

We compete annually at the National Nugget Rib Cook-Off in Sparks, NV, and not only do we compete, but we also win! Among countless other awards, Back Forty has named the #1 People’s Choice for Best Ribs at this competition for the past 4 consecutive years!

· You possess a minimum of 1 year restaurant experience, with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

· You can provide a California Food Handlers card or Serve Safe Certificate within seven days of hire.

· You can provide a Responsible Beverage Server Certificate within seven days of hire.
