Job Description:
Patient-Centered Care
As a full-time physical therapist with Back in Motion PT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with established practice standards. Your duties will include:
- Performing patient evaluations and developing individualized plans of care
- Providing treatment in accordance with physician's orders and established plans of care
- Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and revising as needed
- Communicating with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members to promote maximum benefit of care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations
