We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager to help oversee leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and daily operations.

You are a team player who works well with ownership and the building maintenance manager. You are organized, responsive, and proactive in handling property operations. You are customer-service oriented , ensuring tenants have a great experience. You are honest, respectful, and eager to learn , with curiosity about real estate and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Management – Assist in lease execution, renewals, and tracking lease agreements.
- Project Management – Oversee property improvements, renovations, and vendor coordination.
- Repairs & Maintenance – Work with the building maintenance manager and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Tenant Communications – Be the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Website Management – Keep property listings and tenant resources up to date.
- Bill Payments & Rent Collection – Process invoices, pay expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.
- Tenant Onboarding – Guide new tenants through the leasing process and property setup.
