Responsibilities:
Help patient make and keep appointments
Contact patients on reactivation list
Check in and check out patients
Enter charges appropriately
Room patients
Answer texts and phones
Drive production
Coordinate schedule
Schedule out patients for care plans
Filing
Help with lead follow up
Encourage patient testimonials and referrals
Assist with therapies
HIPAA Compliance
Skills:
Professional attitude and appearance REQUIRED
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Detail orientated
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am-1pm and 3 pm-6 pm. We arrive 1 hour prior to first patient. We have 30 minutes to 1 hour for lunch. The two hour time frame allows us to get done with paperwork. Occasional weekends or Fridays will be required with sufficient notice. Most holidays off! 3 day weekends!
