Front Counter Team Member positions for Back Pocket Bakery

Pay is hourly base ($12-13 DOE) plus tips (averages an additional $5-$7 per hour, consistent rate average is $18 per hour including base and tips)

We're looking for passionate, conscious collaborators to help serve our guests at our downtown location

What you’ll do?

· Customer facing position that helps take orders, package up baked goods and run food out to our guests

· Helping to maintain overall cleanliness of the bakery

· Friendly customer service

· Cash/credit card management

· An energetic and friendly demeanor

· Enthusiasm for artisanal baking and quality ingredients

· Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

You have…

· Enthusiasm for fresh baked goods and scratch made food using quality ingredients

· Kitchen, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required

· Approval to pour and serve beer and wine at our storefront

· Reliable means of transportation

· The ability to lift boxes/supplies up to 50 lbs

· Available 3-4 days a week including Fridays and Saturdays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
