The Backporch Drafthouse 19th Hole is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team! This position plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and welcoming environment here at the Duncan Golf and Tennis Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring every visitor enjoys their experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Prepare and serve drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and kitchen spaces throughout the shift.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, fostering a positive work environment.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for customer service and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to comply with state regulations regarding service of alcohol.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
