- Oversee retail sales activities, ensuring that sales targets are met and maintained.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
- Train and mentor staff on retail math, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
