Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining establishments, and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and maintaining the cash register.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and catering needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment for guests.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
