Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, as the General Manager will be tasked with maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hotel management, with a focus on kitchen operations and staff development.

Duties

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of the business, including kitchen management, food production, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Manage inventory control, cash handling procedures, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the business.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food service or hotel management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and quality control standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests alike.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
