Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS System
- Serve food and beverages promptly .
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
