Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to proper sanitation and presentation standards.
- Manage cash register transactions, processing payments accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cash register operations and payment processing is beneficial.
