Thriving chiropractic office looking for a friendly, personable part-time receptionist for our weekend hours that is able to multitask in a busy environment. Starting pay $14-16 / hour commesurate with experience. Willing to train, however, experience working in a medical office is a plus.
Primary duties include :
Greet patients
Answer phones
Screen patients to see if they are a fit for chiropractic care
Explain what patients can expect during their first and subsequent visits
Schedule patients in person, on the telephone, or via text
Create and manage patient charts in the clinic’s Electronic Health Record system (EHR)
Take patient payments via cash, credit and / or debit
Maintain accurate record keeping of daily payments
Maintain accurate record of daily office operations
Insurance verification look up
Salary : $14 - $16
