BACK to Health Clinic is looking to expand by adding a motivated and passionate Acupuncturist to join our team of providers. We are looking to hire a Part-Time or Full-Time Licensed Acupuncturist who cares about patients and their results.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking to establish themselves and build a practice. The pay is primarily based on gross production meaning your potential income if far higher than if you are paid hourly.
Your primary responsibility will be to examine, treat patients and maintain accurate and up-to-date chart notes. This includes prescribing appropriate treatment plans. Scheduling and billing is already established so the providers can focus on exceptional patient care. BACK to Health Clinic is located in a family-based community and has served that community for 33 years. The clinic is close to the heart of Keizer with a modern and up to date office.
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: 50% gross production
Expected Hours: 20-40 hours per week

Education and Experience: Must be a licensed acupuncturist with a master’s degree or postbaccalaureate certificate from an accredited school. 1 year of experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods standing.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Must have the ability to see up close with or without vision correction.
· Must possess the ability to communicate and comprehend information.
· Must possess the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Follows standard quality, safety, and environmental policies as well as adhering to Clean Needle Technique protocols; complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and laws to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
- Provide exceptional patient care with compassion, understanding, and flexibility to ensure the best patient outcome.
- Provide acupuncture treatment using sterile, single-use needles at specified locations to address the patient’s chief complaint.
- Provide quality acupuncture treatments and patient management to include patient history, health conditions, and complaints; being sure to document in patient charts- both timely and accurately.
- Maintains detailed and complete records of healthcare plans and prognoses.
- Prescribe programs and continuing treatment to previous, current, and new patients.
- Evaluate effects of treatments by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress, modifying when necessary
- Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of consistent acupuncture care.
- Changing bed linens and restocking supplies as needed
