Full Description:
Back to Health Clinic is looking to add a full time Associate Chiropractor to our team of doctors. As a doctor at Back to Health Clinic you will see a variety of patient types and employ multi-modal approaches to provide the best care for our patients. As an associate doctor your primary responsibility will be to examine and treat patients and maintain accurate and up-to-date chart notes. This includes determining appropriate treatment plans and external physician referrals when indicated. Scheduling, marketing, and billing is performed by in house staff so the doctors can focus on exceptional patient care.
Back to Health Clinic is located in the family based community of Keizer Oregon and has served that community for 33 years. Summary:
· Position: Associate Chiropractic Physician.
· Type: Full time
· Hours: Monday through Friday
· Pay Structure: Base Salary of 70,000 – 100,000 depending on experience. Additional gross percentage bonus is offered in addition to the yearly base salary.

Qualifications:
· New or experienced doctors encouraged to apply, we are happy to train and develop a newly licensed doctor.
· Current Oregon Chiropractic License
· Doctor of Chiropractic degree
General Responsibilities:
· Patient Care and Case Management.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and chart noting.
· Take X-rays when indicated.
· Direct and maintain treatment plans.
· Establish home care and in office therapeutic exercise regimens.
· Complete insurance reports when requested.
· Facilitate referrals for imaging and adjunctive care.
