GENERAL MANAGER
Back Yard Burgers, a quick serve restaurant chain is seeking a General Manager to lead our location in the heart of Cool Springs!! As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. Prior knowledge of restaurant operations, supervision, and guest service, and knowledge of P&L are helpful.
Key Success Components:
- Highly motivated in driving results and a customer service enthusiast that can lead and inspire your team driving that positive dining experience for our guests.
- Individual must have minimum of one year of QSR General Manager experience
- Individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
- Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
