What you will do:
- Operational Performance
- Meets the estimated GPM for all projects totaling $1-2M annually.
- Oversees and applies all project-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Develops scalable communication strategies, project scopes, and resource allocation plans.
- Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact infrastructure support programs.
- Project Management
- Designs and implements a comprehensive program strategy to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Backbone standards.
- Assigns resources and tasks effectively to meet overall project and customer objectives.
- Oversees multiple fiber projects, ensuring efficient execution.
- Identifies and manages risks impacting the fiber projects, developing and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
- Performance Leadership of Direct Reports
- Leads, manages, and holds their team accountable through training, recognition, and feedback.
- Reinforces company core values with all direct reports.
- Oversees the team development and performance, ensuring seamless progression.
- Promotes and ensures a strong safety culture within and through direct reports.
- Customer Communication
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers.
- Leverages excellent communication skills to foster strong rapport with customers.
- Represents organizational values in all communications and meetings.
- Provides project progress updates and resolves issues effectively.
- Assist with Other Duties as Assigned

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
