POSITION TITLE : Studio Merchandising Coordinator
REPORTS TO : Art Director (Temporarily)
LOCATION : Park City, UT
SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
PAY GRADE : Salary
COMPENSATION RANGE : $45,000-$55,000
JOB OVERVIEW :
The Studio Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for organizing & managing product used in marketing photoshoots to ensure accurate and appropriate product placement. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, deep understanding of gear, and is self-motivated. This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to further their career at Backcountry, while gaining exposure to the various departments in the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overall organization of photo studio hardgood and softgood product samples
- Working with Buying teams to request vendor samples for marketing photoshoots
- Ordering, receiving, organizing, and prepping product to be shot
- Packing and building product to be sent on location shoots
- Boxing and returning products to align with return windows
- Troubleshooting shipping issues / delays and working with warehouse to guarantee timely delivery of featured product
