Position Overview We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aimed at driving leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the growth of Backpack Healthcare's services. This role blends creativity with analytical skills, requiring a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. The Marketing Manager will focus on driving app downloads as the top of the funnel, which will lead to booking therapy, psychiatry, and workshop sessions. Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to our comprehensive mental health services for young individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Development :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Backpack Healthcare's services and app.
  • Develop compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, white papers, and case studies.
  • Design visually engaging marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Leverage influencer marketing and paid advertising to increase app downloads and improve visibility.

Digital Marketing Management :

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media (Instagram, Tik tok, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Implement targeted email campaigns, welcome sequences, and drip campaigns to engage new users and foster long-term relationships.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Growth Dashboard to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Content Creation and Management :

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality, engaging content.
  • Write and edit blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials that effectively communicate Backpack Healthcare's mission and services.
  • Coordinate and manage webinars, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand visibility and position the company as a thought leader in pediatric mental health care.
  • Community Building and Engagement :

  • Foster a vibrant community around the Backpack app by engaging with users on social media, hosting webinars, and creating support groups.
  • Plan and execute community engagement events, including workshops, health fairs, and awareness campaigns.
  • Actively engage with users, respond to feedback, and build strong relationships to improve user retention.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in all marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness, including lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility metrics.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

    Website Engagement and Conversion Metrics :

  • Organic Traffic / Page Views : Target 10-15% quarterly increase.
  • Number and Quality of Leads : Aim for a 10-15% increase monthly.
  • Time on Page : Increase by 5-10% quarterly.
  • Pages Per Session : Target a 5-10% quarterly increase.
  • Landing Page Conversion Rate : Increase by 5-10% monthly.
  • Brand Awareness Metrics :

  • Social Shares and Mentions : Aim for a 10-15% monthly increase.
  • Search and Keyword Rankings : Improve by 5-10% monthly.
  • Social Media Followers and Reach : Target 15% increase quarterly.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or mental health services.
  • Proven track record of driving leads through digital marketing strategies, with a focus on app downloads as the primary funnel to clinical services.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, persuasive messaging that drives both app downloads and clinical service bookings.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
