Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team, no experience required. Full-time and Part-time are available, no weekends.
Duties
- Call people who expressed interest in our products and services in the past to offer a promotion using a pre-written script.
- Use our current promotional offer to entice them to schedule an appointment with a design consultant about their anticipated project.
- Answer questions with pre-scripted answers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may be required to promote products or services during calls.
