The Leadership Development Manager (NOAM) will work closely with all LD Managers and partner with the global LD Team at large to ensure adequate and timely support and management of our NOAM Field Staff. This manager role will have several specific areas of focus but will also be a versatile and key player within the global LD team. This role will directly manage the NOAM LD Lead/Specialist/Coordinator positions. This position requires someone that embodies the Mentor criteria, with exceptional leadership, commanding and effective presence as a facilitator and speaker, excellent written communication skills, self-sufficiency, attention to detail and great organizational skills.
The driving success metrics of this role will be NOAM Leader Performance, Satisfaction and Retention.

- Based in SLC, Utah. Full Time, Year-Round.
- Reports To: Mike Weed – Director of Leadership Development - NOAM
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Field Staff Hiring: Primary partner to the Director of LD to execute our annual
- Field Staff Hiring process. Under the direction of the Director of LD, this role will manage our Field Staff application and ATS (Salesforce), assist in recruiting, hiring website content, serve as the primary coordinator of US and CAD Hiring Events, facilitate weekly interview team meetings and manage all candidate communication & material throughout the hiring & onboarding process.
- Field Staff Training: Ownership of the execution US and Canada New Leader Training, BLUE, New to NOAM, and a key partner in new TPS training. Outside of these programs this role will support the team actively with Train the Trainers and Mentor Training.
- Performance Management: Oversee field support, performance management and crisis/ emergencies (including weekends occasionally) of NOAM Field Staff. Partner with RDs/RLs to make 2-4 Field visits a year. Participate in monthly schedule draft reviews. Activate performance & corrective action plans as deemed necessary.
- Mentor Team Leadership: Partner with LD Managers to support and develop our mentor team by providing leadership for all Mentors, globally. Assist the Director of LD and other LD Managers in the hiring and training of H&T members. This role will be the primary performance manager to our US and CAD Mentor Team.

- This role is a key part of the Field Manager Team and will attend all events and meetings determined for Field Managers.

- Previous H&T experience and being part of the mentor team would be a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has a high performing Trip Leading trajectory, and is in the top 75%, with at least 3 years of mentoring and H&T experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and rapid, accurate data entry ability. Analytical skills preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple systems
