Backstage Health is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (1099 Contractor) to partner with a dynamic school district in Santa Barbara County (Lompoc & Santa Maria, CA). This full-time, in-person role (37.5 hours per week) is available for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support students with visual impairments, addressing their unique educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide specialized instruction in alignment with state and federal guidelines for students with visual impairments.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications:
