Role Description
This is a contract role as a Layer 1 Installation Technician in support of various indoor and outdoor deployments nationwide. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installation and troubleshooting of cabled infrastructure, mounting network assets like switch enclosures, WiFi devices, CCTV cameras and more.
Qualifications
- Advanced Troubleshooting and Professional Communication skills
- Extreme focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Data Cabling installation and troubleshooting background with copper and fiber and knowledge of testing and repair tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting service delivery deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in network installation and maintenance is a plus
- Technical certification or training in networking is beneficial
- Experience in heavy machinery / lift operation
- Aerial fiber optic deployments is a plus
- Experience with WiFi / Wireless testing tools is a plus
