Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the office calendar to optimize scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary training on office procedures and systems.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure availability.
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and clerical work.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
- Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
