Job Summary:
Spanish Language Proficiency Required
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Benefits Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with forms, collecting documents, supporting the team, coordinating financial assistance and life insurance paperwork, helping schedule appointments, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance and dental/vision plans.
- Collect and analyze data on benefits usage.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in evaluating benefits programs and their effectiveness.
- Help employees understand and enroll in benefits programs.
- Answer employee questions about benefits policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
