- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies – Create and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and revenue growth for Backyard Products divisions.
- Manage Digital and Social Media Marketing – Oversee social media channels, paid campaigns, and content marketing efforts for our different divisions.
- Optimize Brand Positioning – Ensure brand messaging aligns with the company’s vision and resonates with target audiences.
- Lead and Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies.
- Monitor Performance and ROI – Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Manage external agency for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
- Oversee external agency for email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and ad performance to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy.
- Manage influencer and partnership collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
- Develop and execute a marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key industry events and product launches.
- Analyze monthly performance reports, adjusting strategies based on key insights.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns integrating social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Conduct social media audits to assess engagement growth and refine the strategy.
- Manage marketing calendar and allocate the marketing budget effectively across different channels.
- Oversee external marketing list growth efforts and nurture campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan and execute promotions, contests, and collaborations.
- Present marketing performance updates to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Later.com, Meta Business Suite, Buffer).
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.

Salary : $75,000 - $76,000
