What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Consultant position at Backyard TreeHouse Pediatric Therapy Center?
Backyard TreeHouse Pediatric Therapy Center is an established, therapist owned company that is looking for experienced Behavioral Consultants to join our ABA team.
Responsibilities:
- Support behavioral needs of family
- Develop, monitor and update treatment plans
- Complete assessments/FBA
- Provide supervision to BHT-ABAs
- Maintain and interpret data collection
- Travel within Northampton & Lehigh Counties
- Complete ongoing Continuing Education
- Provide IBHS in a center like setting when deemed medically appropriate
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience providing ABA services while being supervised by a BCBA or other graduate level certification in behavior analysis
- Minimum 40 documented hours of ABA training (required prior to starting with clients) OR 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college or university
- PA State Behavioral Specialist License
- Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check, FBI fingerprints
