Opportunity
Bacon is currently seeking Client Success Managers to oversee and manage existing and new customer accounts. You will be involved with the onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day care of our clients. The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Must be willing to visit clients in your territory or go to shifts from time to time to talk with clients or workers
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Sharing best practices and educating clients on how to utilize Bacon best
- Building lasting customer relationships as their trusted advisor
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Be professional and outgoing and possess the ability and confidence to communicate
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience will be necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Display that Hustle-and-shine attitude!
