What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server (Fine Dining) position at Bacquet's Restaurant?
Are you one of the top 1% in your profession? We have a part-time position for you.
We are a fine-dining establishment that is open Tuesday-Sunday 11:00am - 9:00pm (last seating). We need a full-time employee who is dedicated and motivated to serve for extraordinary compensation. Most shifts will be afternoon through evening, with a start time of either noon, 4pm, or 5pm to close (usually 10-11pm).
You can expect a rigorous paid training period where you'll learn "our service language", European fine-dining traditions, and how to sell and serve European fine wines. It's an addictive rush to double your sales with excellent wine pairings!
EXPERIENCE COURSING A MEAL IN A FINE-DINING RESTAURANT IS REQUIRED. PREBUSSING, MARKING, AND TABLESIDE WINE SERVICE ALSO REQUIRED.
For the most part, our restaurant operates without bussers, bartenders, or hosts, so you have the potential to earn and keep significant tips. Approximately 5% of tips are pooled for kitchen staff who supports you. You keep the rest.
SUNDAY AND MOST HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED (except Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Independence Day).
