Fulfillment Associate

The Position

In this fulfillment role, you will be hands-on, working to fulfill an array of orders for our customers, including but not limited to Amazon shipments, ecommerce dropships, to product service (calibration) orders of our full line of alcohol breathalyzers. This role will also work with our newest, cutting-edge technology, BACtrack Skyn.

We need a candidate who is versatile in the work environment. Part of this role will require physically pulling, labeling and packing products, while the other part encompasses data entry and careful attention to details.

• 35%- Fulfill all service orders, for which you will use an alcohol simulator machine to calibrate breathalyzer devices
• 25%- Complete labeling, repacking and customization of products
• 20%- Support fulfillment with excess B2B/ B2C orders. Assist to receive shipments- counting/ putting away products, etc.
• 20%- Assist with a variety of weekly/ monthly data collection tasks

Key Requirements for this Position

• Basic computer skills- (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
• Effective written and oral communication
• Fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly
• Need to be able to lift 35 lb.
• Experience with data collection, quality control, picking and packing orders, repacking and labeling product
• Careful attention to detail - but balanced with flexibility to change priorities
