Bad Brads BBQ was founded on the platform of teamwork! We do not believe in “I” in team and all team members will be held accountable as team players! We are looking for experienced restaurant managers in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties so we can expand our brand and continue to grow! JOB SUMMARY
All our managers will be responsible for the execution of all FOH operations and procedures. They will supervise and motivate the staff including waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, carryout, and bussers applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. Responsibilities will also include a focus on employee selection and retention, continuous operational improvement and a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. Managers will be required to have strong leadership abilities and work well and efficient under pressure.
Other responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
· Interviewing, hiring, and training team members to be the best they can be!
· Evaluating and counseling team members, applying all company standards and policies
· Oversee day to day operations
· Ensures food quality and customer satisfaction are at 100%
· Ensuring you and your team has an excellent knowledge of our menu and ability to answer questions
· Ensures cleanliness inside and out of the building
· Complying with all our catering policies and procedures
· Communicating and reporting with upper management daily
· Supervising up to 22 team members on a single shift
· Weekly monitoring labor and scheduling of 40 team members
· Inventory of liquor, beer, wine, linen and other FOH items
· Cash handling
· Effectively communicating with BOH management and team members
QUALIFICATIONS
· Positive- can do attitude

· Detail orientated and organized
· Quick decision-making skills
· MS and Excel office efficient
· Ability to work hard but have fun!
EXPERIENCE
· 2 years in restaurant industry
· 1 years in restaurant management
