Automotive Paint Technician
We are looking for an Automotive Paint Technician to join our company to paint custom motorcycle parts in OEM factory colors. Our ideal candidate will have experience in automotive paint preparation with some hands-on painting experience. We are also willing to train anyone who has a paint preparation background with the desire to learn to be a better painter.
This role is perfect for someone looking to improve their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality automotive painting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Inspect prepped surfaces and properly prepare them before painting.
- Assist with painting when needed, ensuring a professional and high-quality result.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including prep, cleaning, and maintenance of our paint booth and work areas.
- Wet sand and buff finished parts as needed.
- Work closely with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive paint preparation (sanding, masking, priming, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Some experience with spray painting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different types of automotive paint and finishing techniques is helpful.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- Pay: $18-$24/hour, based on experience and skill level.
- Benefits:
- Nine paid holidays per year after a 90-day probation period.

- One week of paid time off after one year of employment.
