As a Front Counter / Customer Service Associate with our hospitality team, you play an essential role in serving as the first point of contact for our customers. As customers enter our restaurant, you greet them with a warm and friendly demeanor as well as take down their orders. You collect the correct payment, whether it's cash or credit. When customers pay with cash, you ensure they receive accurate change. At times, you help out other staff members with light cleaning to keep our restaurant in tip-top shape.
