As a Front of House Catering Dining Room Attendant, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Catering is a dynamic and exciting field, and this position is vital to our success. The primary responsibilities for this Front of House server position are listed below. However, please note that, as with any catering company, you may be asked to perform tasks outside of those listed. **Professionalism**
* Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor, in line with the company handbook
.* Adhere to the proper uniform as outlined in the company handbook and food safety regulations.
* Arrive punctually and be ready to work at the start of your shift.*
**Dining Room Setup**
* Organize and set up the dining room to Badass Catering standards in a timely manner. This includes
:* Clean equipment and linen* Proper signage with dietary information
* Fully stocked beverages
* Fresh flowers and salt & pepper on clean dining tables
* Clean and organized back counters and tubs
**Meal Service**
* Review the worksheet to ensure all menus and dietary restrictions are met
.* Follow food safety and sanitation standards:
* Use Time and Temperature sheets
* Properly set up and maintain sanitizer buckets
* Wash hands and wear gloves for food handling* Adhere to food storage guidelines, including cold chain, storage rooms, and product dating.
* Communicate with Kitchen and On-Site Management for Front of House needs.
* Ensure all meals are presented on time and to an excellent standard:
* Maintain excellent communication with the Kitchen
* Be proactive in prepping the next meal
* Uphold company food standards – you are the last line of defense!
* Report all broken equipment to Management.
**Closing**
* Communicate with the tour about dinner closing, ensuring bus ice and drivers’ meals are complete.
* Reset the dining room for the next show.
* Clean and pack the front of house for load-out.
* Follow all safety and security rules
