About Us

Best Wireless is an authorized Boost Mobile retailer dedicated to providing top-quality wireless solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Representative to join our team and assist our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mobile plans, devices, and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and troubleshoot basic phone issues.
• Process activations, upgrades, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Educate customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to accommodate all customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior sales or retail experience is a plus—training provided.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
