We are seeking a Paralegal / Litigation Specialist to become a part of our team! Your role will be to own the litigation process for select cases where litigation has been filed.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all aspects of the litigation process are completed ahead of deadlines
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and help organize appointments / treatment, when necessary
- Actively communicate with our attorneys and defense attorneys / staff to ensure that appropriate information is being exchanged / filed
- Review all responses from the defense and notify our attorneys of any issues or missing information
- Communicate with the clients to coordinate treatment, schedule meetings, etc.
