Core Responsibilities
As the Intake Manager, the primary responsibilities include :
Responsibilities :
- Develop and train team members on leadership skills
- Handle arising concerns with clients prior to hand-off
- Assist all Client Advocates with prospects that are hesitant to sign the BSIL contract
- Assist all Client Advocates with personal injury and workers’ compensation legal knowledge
- Daily physical presence on the floor to assist with in-person questions
- Provide biweekly one-on-one meetings with Lead Advocates
- Provide monthly meetings with the Client Advocates
- Handle after-hour leads based on the on-call rotation schedule
- Lead Department Meetings
- Lead Daily Meetings
- Delegate projects and initiatives to Lead Advocates
- Communication and Invoices with IATOG
- Communicate with Department Heads and Vendors updates as it relates to PC’s
- Interview and hire new employees
- Eliminate bottlenecks
- Meet monthly KPI’s
