Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
Compensation: 60k-80k - DOQ
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job
specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely
may be required by supervisory personnel.
- Monthly completion of multiple financial statements; including supporting schedules
- Year-end work papers for audits, compilations, and reviews
- Quarterly/Annual reporting to lenders
- Correspondence with banks, mortgage companies, vendors and clients
- Replacement reserve submissions to mortgage companies and/or HUD
- Cash analysis (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Escrow analysis
- Limited A/R and A/P
- Assist property managers with accounting related questions
- Special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus two years' experience. Proven
proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Word preferred. Strong data, excellent
organization and 10 key skills preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: The job requires excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and
verbal). Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence. Effectively present information to customers and employees of the
organization.
Perform all language skills in English with additional language skills a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Strong analytical and mathematical skills; accounting/financial acuity
preferred.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense and sound management practices in dealing with a
variety of challenges and difficult situations. Ability to switch tasks and adapt to changing
situations and interruptions throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention
to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience handling confidential documents and using
discretion when appropriate.
