Responsibilities include:

  • Installing hardware like Badge Readers, Electric Strikes, Wireless Locks, PIR’s, REX buttons, Mag Locks, and Control Panels.
  • Pulling Wire in existing and new construction sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation issues in a wide range of applications.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Accurately document install information via remote software app.
  • Complete and pass classes for proper State certification.
  • Driving to customer sites daily in reliable transportation or company owned vehicle.
  • Working with low voltage.
  • Working on ladders.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Proper communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 40lbs.
  • Mechanical and/or construction experience.
  • Very strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to install and service door hardware
  • Self-motivated and sense of urgency in addressing any support issues.
  • Ability to travel and work out of town during the week.
  • Clean driving record
  • Team player
