Modern auto repair shop, located in Northern WI, has an immediate opening for a motivated automotive technician. Pay based on experience. Willing to train less experienced mechanically inclined individual.
Responsibilities:
· Trouble shooting, oil changes to heavy gasket
· Perform routine preventative maintenance, DOTs etc.
· Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in automotive repair preferred
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to handle physical workload
-Must have a valid drivers license
Skills:
· Mechanic experience
· Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with fellow employees and customers
Other Duties:
· Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
· Use computer diagnostic equipment
Service Type(s):
· Diagnostics
· Some light to medium duty fleet and trailer service
· Basic maintenance to heavy gasket
· Tire replacement and balancing
