Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections team, ensuring that all collection efforts are focused on maximizing recoveries while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Collections Team Management
• Oversee and actively participate in all collections and related activities for Badger Daylighting.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal credit and collection rules and regulations in all collection practices.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
• Calculates and monitors customer collection metrics for portfolio and reconcile customer accounts.
New Hire Training
• Responsible for all new hire trainings within Collections group and works closely with other internal groups to setup interdepartmental training of new hire.
