Role Description
This position for an Xcel Competitive Gymnastics Coach is part-time that has potential to grow to full time hours if needed. In this position, a Badger Team Coach will be responsible for coaching gymnastics, taking kids to meets, as well as effectively communicating with athletes, parents and other coaches.
Qualifications
- Prior competitive gymnastics experience beneficial(Coach or Participant)
- Effective communication and coaching skills with an open mind
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with athletes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for promoting physical and mental health and well-being through gymnastics
